Esther Dekoning is a graphic designer + art director, pairing high concept work with thoughtful design solutions.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of Sereth Design

Sereth is a full service design studio for brands who give a crap.

Sereth uses storytelling and strategy to help nonprofits build empathetic brands across brand and digital.

Esther’s founding story—

Esther started her career working in large advertising agencies and in-house design teams. After gaining invaluable knowledge around design, strategy, and marketing to the masses (thanks big-ad!), she left the corporate world.

In 2021, Esther started Sereth with the intention to take her talents and experience to support small-to-medium sized businesses that were changing the world — just a complete switch from the Fortune 500 companies she worked with agency-side. Through Sereth, she is honoured to work with entrepreneurs, social enterprises, and mission-driven brands all over the world to tell their stories and spearhead social impact.
