Elite 23
Overview
Elite23 International is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship and education. Esther led the creative direction for the "For Every Girl With a Dream" campaign, developing a visual identity rooted in possibility, confidence, and transformation. Inspired by the symbolism of a kaleidoscope, she created a flexible design system of patterns, iconography, typography, and colour that brought warmth, optimism, and consistency to the campaign across digital and print.
