Mi & Mian
Esther is writing a cookbook celebrating the flavors of Northwest China, where she grew up, alongside a longtime friend. Together, they are recreating dishes that remind them of home and sharing cultural stories from a region that’s still largely underrepresented/ The recipes and book design are currently underway.
