Esther led the evolution of The Plenary Co.’s digital presence to reflect its bold, interdisciplinary work at the intersection of art, science, and community. She guided the complete redesign of the main website and two sister sites: The Clubhouse, a space for community connection, and I Am A Scientist, a K–12 education program. She designed intentionally, insuring each felt distinct yet aligned under one cohesive identity. Complex content was reorganized into an intuitive, curiosity-driven experience shaped by art direction that balanced emotional resonance with clarity. Beyond the redesign, Esther crafted The Plenary Co.’s brand style guide, refining its growing digital ecosystem to remain consistent across diverse platforms and audiences. She developed a comprehensive suite of branded tools, including social media assets, deck templates, and reports, to empower the team’s storytelling. Her ongoing partnership with The Plenary Co. extended to designing brand extensions, supporting in-person events, and ensuring every creative piece, both digital or physical, was strategically aligned and thoughtfully crafted to foster community and inspire learning.
